There is an upcoming training opportunity for new Part 137 Arbitrators. The UCS Office of Court Administration is offering a statewide free virtual CLE on February 23, 2022 to train volunteer arbitrators for the Part 137 FDRP – attorneys and non-attorneys. Registration for the training will open on Wednesday, January 12, 2022.
